Our Story
Koon Nine started with a simple idea: a space where the morning coffee ritual and the evening cocktail hour don't have to be separate experiences. We built a room that works just as well at 8 AM as it does at 10 PM.
Located on High House Road in the heart of Cary, we've created a spot where neighbors become regulars, and regulars become friends. No pretense, no rush — just good drinks, good food, and good company.
Fast WiFi, plenty of outlets, and a calm atmosphere for getting things done.
Local art on the walls, local beans on the shelf, and a door that's always open.
The Space
We picked warm woods, soft textures, and plenty of natural light because a great drink tastes better when you're actually comfortable. The music isn't too loud, the seating isn't too tight, and nobody's going to ask you to move.
